Is this Social anxiety or Paranoia?

I feel fine at home but when I go out I feel that some people are staring at me as if they know what I am about to do. These people are some sort of aliens.

Hi apparitions. It is very difficult to say much with just the info you have given but I would say that it sounds like more than social phobia/ anxiety. Are you currently getting any help / do you have a diagnosis for your mental health at all?

My diagnosis is not very clear. Either a mood disorder or personality disorder or both. I have medication. I am not afraid of anyone at home but sometimes when I am out and about I get really panicky.
