Does anyone know how long citalopram lasts in your system? Have seen that it is a short life, and a long life so am very confused.
Went down to 10 mg from 20mg nearly 2 months ago. First month was brilliant I felt so much happier and better than I had been in years (since before taking them).
Then I started to struggle when I changed brand. I seem to feel panicy about 2 hours after taking a tablet. I didnt take one Tuesday or today and have felt better on the days I don't take them - but feel very dizzy and emotional instead (which makes me feel anxious, its a vicious circle). I don't want to come off them too fast but am worried about taking one tomorrow - does anyone know about coming off them? Would biting one in half tomorrow help some of the withdrawal symptoms?
