Feeling less blue

Couldnt find my last thread but wanted to say that I am feeling less blue than I was last week. I just need to get used to the ups and downs of this recovery. From where I am sitting now, I can see that the recent 'low' was only a blip in the grand scheme of things. I was so worried at the time that I had fallen back down in to the pit that I couldnt easily discern how I felt. Anyway, I wont go on, but wanted to aknowledge the support I have been given on MN and let you know I am feeling better. naswm

Fab news, I also REALLY worry during a bad day and thimk OMG this is it I am falling down the black hole of depair again. Then I panic, and cry and panic again. the whole day is a write off. Then I wake up the next day feeling fine, and wonder what I was on about!!!! and although I now recognize this, I still can't stop myseslf panicing!

REALLY glad you are feeling better

Thanks you two. I think I almost need to keep a record of how I feel so that I can refer back and check I am still making progress. I find it hard to get up each day and decide how I feel compared to the previous day - but looking back after a few days is easier for me to tell.
