You wouldn't have received an all clear if there was a problem so it sounds like this is your anxiety talking. Can you distract yourself with something else this evening so you don't dwell on it? Book or silly TV show? Crafty thing?

Can you get an appointment to get a repeat prescription tomorrow? I'm so sorry you feel like this

also believe I have a health anxiety. Am terrified I have bowel cancer and don't know where to turn. Its been other things in the past but ca ncer is what scares me the most.

Have always been an anxious person but having children has made me worry about my health so so much. Not coping well today at all as have been having loose BMS for a few days which has triggered these thoughts.

I hope you get your reassurances....I need to get the kids to school now

Posted to soon
I'm now convinced because I'm on my phone nearly all day (depression lack of motivation related) that I will get cancer caused by using mobile all day :( it's really awful , I'm going to keep busy as I can. I find putting some music on and tidying round the house helps a bit , or try and go for a walk ,
