I am that close to going to A&E

But have been so many time this year already.

I am so depressed. I want to end my life.

I have been in two car accidents in the last 8 days.

I am drinking too much and have been fighting the booze for weeks. I want to go into a detox but am not sure i am strong enough to carry on when it is over

What do I do? I cannot call A&E again. They hate me already.

Go to a &e. Or do you have a community psychiatric nurse you are in contact with? You aren't wasting their time.

Have you noone in the house with you?

Thanks both for your messages. I live alone. A&E will just make me sober up and kick me out. They never help me. Have been going there for 10 years. They are sick of me. Could just cry.

No CPN or crisis team here. Spoke to local OOH and came across a GP from my surgery. Nothing they can do for me.

Am in floods of tears. Do not want to present at A&E again. Nothing anyone can do to get me into detox even if I do

Hate myself and so upset by the pain.
