Just wondering if any mums have used it and if it works well? Been prescribed it as I'm having chest pains and got anxiety

I found propanolol really good for anxiety. Noticable difference, but I only took it short term.

I've taken it for anxiety and it works really well. I found it most effective if taken when you are calm. it didn't work as well if I took it during an anxiety attack.
