Have come to the following conclusions-
Don't like my job that much.
Have therefore got a bit lax about it, adding to the stress when it all goes pear shaped.
Don't like my boss.
Can't give up work due to finances but it is only three days a week.

Have history of mild to moderate depression. Much better now than in previous times.

Need to lose weight and shape up

So far, have decided to go back to work next week and try to be as positive as I can, do the best job I can. The obnoxious boss, well if she starts then I can deal with her. Will try to address weight, do a bit more exercise, walking to begin with, as may help stress/mood. Keep telling myself that my job is three days, there are four more every week!

Does this sound like a plan? Any thoughts or tips, please?

Any chance of looking out for a different job that you might like better?

Not with the same terms. Three days a week is just enough to pay the bills since DH works full time. More is too much for me. Jobs in my field are scarce right now. I am doing a photography course with the aim of creating a small business but that is still a long way off.

What I really need is tips for getting through day to day. One nasty comment or bad experience can bring me crashing down. Is CBT something that would help? Any book recommendations, perhaps?

I dont know the answers to those particular questions, so I hope someone else can answer.
