venlafaxine dose ??

Was on 37.5 mg tablets 2 a day, saw the dr and she said that I could increase the dose and now have 75 mg 1 a day. Surely that is the same ???

Maybe it is slow a release capsule? Light pink Effexor capsule, if I remember right.
