When do you take your ADs?

I am on fluoxetine again (40mg) and forgot how I suffer with insomnia for the first week or so.

What side effects do you find with fluoxetine and when you find is best to take them?

When I started on paraxatine, which is a similar AD, I had insomnia and slight nausea. Took (and still take) them first thing in the morning.

I occasionally get an odd mild stomach disturbance which I think might be related - I usually eat yoghurt to sort it.
