dealing with anger/frustration?

Hi
I'm wondering if anyone can help, I'm not sure if this is the right place but here goes!
I'm trying to find better ways to deal with frustration/anger. It builds up over a few weeks and then I don't know what to do! As a teen I self harmed but stopped years ago, and more recently I've dealt with it by exploding and usually throwing things Blush (not at anyone just getting it all out) But I now have an 8 month old ds so I've stopped that as I would hate to scare him!
At work I never seem to feel like this, I have a definite 'work persona'. Kind, capable and unflappable and I'm sure my colleagues would be shocked that I ever get like this. But I can't seem to carry that persona into my home!
So I need to find better ways to deal with this. Any ideas?
Thanks

Can I ask when you are at work, do you get angry there?
