Panic attack

I totally lost it last night. Crying, shaking, being sick. DAh complained I didn't do enough around the house and that I was always miserable and complaining about work.

I'm just so fed up. I love my DD so much and feel sorry for her that she's got an unstable mum. I just feel everything's getting on top of me

What age is your dd? What thoughts set off anxiety?

does your DH do his share of the housework? he is being very unfair to complain, if you are working AND looking after a baby/young child

we all have days when we lose it and get fed up

however, if you feel that you cannot function properly, you should go and see your GP

16months. Anxiety about work :( but husband set it off by saying that I don't do enough around the house. I'm exhausted just trying to keep up with being okay on a day to day basis

how much does he do around the house?

He does the cooking. He got cross with me because he went out to get some food shopping and instead or doing washing up I just went to bed and used my phone. I work 3 days then have rest of week of with DD. I take her to soft play, library and swimming so we are quite busy.

Was in hospital in march for depression. I still find everyday life a struggle sometimes

can you talk to someone at work about your anxiety? could you move to different position/department for a while or something?

Thank you. I feel like she's the only one that I love. DH tries to be supportive but he just ends up winding me up.

Your DH sounds limited in his ability to support you, is he limited in all things are just over mh issues? We can't change people, they have to want to themselves.
