csp

Hi, has anyone had any experience with csp(compulsive skin picking)?
any ideas how to stop?

Sorry I don't have any experience but notice that you have not had any replies. I have read of others on the MH thread who suffer from this, but they use a long word for it begins with T I think - maybe that's why you aren't getting replies as people might not recognise csp. You could post again and ask about compulsive skin picking and may get more response, or maybe if you google csp it will come up with the medical terminology and then you could post using the more usual term.
