An update about my Swimsuit!

I am boasting a bit here.
I actually wore my swimsuit on Monday to actually go swimming in.
(some of you may know of my dilema and anxiety issues over it-long story!)

Next time I will wear them without a pair of knickers on underneath

I am going to doctors tomorrow night (about getting a couple of moles removed -a non anxiety issue, I am fed up of plucking hairs out of one and the other has a skin tag growing very close to it)
I am debating wether to mention my anxiety or not as I feel I am doing better But he may be able to recomend something to help on my not so great days.CBT ?Perhaps.Some sort of therapy/hypnosos/mental institute!Cos I know they are bound to rise up again and I'm guessing about a week before I am due on again...

I chickened out

Oh always worried I should share your name! Ha ha I chicken out all time then I get all angry at myself and all down. You should really try again you will feel so much better for it and make it the next hurdle to get over :)

Thanks 3plus2! I found going and talking about my moles really easy. I think next time I will go about my excema and if I don't mention it at that appointment will make one just for the 'A' issues! (depending on how I cope this month)

Another update!
I wore the swimsuit without pants on underneath and I didn't even get a flutter!
I think that I have so much other stuff on my mind it is stomping all over the anxiety!
