Anxiety- school inspection

I have a school inspection tomorrow and I'm already starting to feel super anxious

Any tips on how to get through it?

are you are parent or teacher?

I hope it goes well H. If you are teaching, once you get into it I promise you will feel fine. The anticipation is always worse than the reality.
