I want to be a good luck person rather than a bad luck person.

I have had a run of bad luck recently; a failed relationship and a car crash. I always think that I don't deserve happiness or that good things don't happen to me. How can I think more positively and / or less catastrophically? On a bit of a downer.

it is possible to alter thoughts,and cognition.takes time, but various courses as gp

I have acpn etc. trouble is I have has issues for years and nothing seems to be getting better. can't find a bloke, fucked up career. i finally pass my driving test and go into a wall.

sorry to hear about bad luck,not nice is it
there's the theory of how we interpret events and whether we internalise(own fault) or externalise (not my fault).
you know what wobbly love life, car crash unfortunately happens necessarily blame self
