Acupuncture for Depression

Just enquiring, does anyone have experience of this please?

Too son to tell, but have just had acupuncture for the first time for another complaint. However, i also told the therapist i struggle with dep/anx issues so she will treat me for that as well. Felt very calm and tired afterwards. Looking forward to my next treatment. I am not generally an "alternative" sort of person, but am keeping an open mind. HTH.
