Kids are pushing me over my limits. can't cope anymore. Want to walk out and leave it all behind. Think I am depressed or having a breakdown, eitherway I feel ill. Don't know how to measure or judge how bad it is. Think I need help but don't know where to go or how to ask for it, what to say when I get there, how to explain.

Well done for posting.

How old are the kids? What support do you have so far?

Good places to start are home start and your GP.

Hugs

THank you. Never thought I would post.

DSs, 7 and (the real 'problem') DTSs 5y 6m. On going problems at kindergarten and general behaviour but I've been just about keeping my head above water but I guess I haven't been 'right' for a long time and on Friday DTS1 was involved in an accident with another child (she was hurt not him, but he was blamed) and it seems to have triggered something. I can't stop crying. Don't know how to make it better. Don't know what to say to a GP, how to explain it?

It's so hard when your kids are having problems at school or kindergarten. You can't help but take it personally even though it's often just normal behaviour.

If you see your dr, just say what you have in here.

Do you have any family nearby or close friends? Could you confide in someone?
