Chronic depression

I'm sinking into yet another black hole, and I hate it so, so much.

I find being alive unbearable.

Am so very sick of it all.

Sorry to hear that . Ive suffered from chronic depression. It's not easy but in time I managed to break the cycle. I don't know what help/treatment you've sought (if any) but never stop hoping that you can come through this one day.

What have your tried in the past? Medication or counselling?

Can you explain a bit more.
