But this morning, I just can't stop crying. And I don't know why. Two beautiful girls, who mean the world to me.

might just be a bad patch - a premenstrual few days say, but keep an eye on yourself given how badly you felt recently. cling to times you have felt this bad, and gone on to feel better afterwards - you can do it again.

when are you next seeing the psychiatrist? have GP or psych. reviewed whatever medication you are taking, since if you are feeling this bad, it doesn't sound like whatever treatment you are having atm is working very well.

(used to be MTS)

TBBtime, feels better just knowing you're there. GP wouldn't prescribe ADs. Seeing the psychiatrist on the 15th. Just don't understand why I feel this way.

why did you stop taking the ADs? did you decide to come off them yourself? sounds like you may have come off them to early.

I won't be around much longer on here today btw as BlushBlush Blush I have had to get DH to put time control software on, to stop me spending more than 2 hours a day online BlushBlushBlush

TBB, yes, I did stop taking them myself. Just didn't feel like they were doing anything. Thanks for being here Smile

carla, maybe you need to talk to your doctor again, to work out a strategy for dealing with depression. It is too much to handle on your own. Different medication perhaps?
A belief that no doctor/medicament can help you is a common symptom of depression in my experience!

Thanks for listening to me this morning.

Have never had a gp offer me a hug before, and it felt lovely. Thanks again Smile

why would we beat you up about it? Hope you get the help you need. How about going out for a long walk in the fresh air to blow the cobwebs away

carla · 09/03/2006 12:17

Thanks compo. Just cos of all the stuff I burdened MN with over the last fortnight.

Have done, and the cobwebs are no more!
