Mine is quite a simple one but it really has helped me at times

I say this to myself....I know I feel like this now....but in a minute, hour or at some point...it will change...it always changes and I know that how I feel right now in this moment is alright because it will not be permanent and if I just allow these feeling's and thought's to sit here with me and acknowledge them...that my thinking and feeling's will change...

it always changes...it helps me to get through minutes, hours and days and seems to help to take the panic and distress out of things a bit too....just acknowledging where I am at and letting the tide shift naturally....

the 1st thing about mental illness is accepting that it is there and allowing yourself to acknowledge this and give yourself the time and patience and care to work through it.....and NOT focus on the impact it has but on the healing.

I hope this may help others and so I wanted to share it... Smile

Very true and good, I use 'keep on moving forward' even the tiniest of steps, thoughts or doing something, just try and keep momentum going

This too shall pass. You can only do what you feel is right at the time.
