www.rethink.org/talk/index

This is a talk forum for peope with mental health problems run by the mental health charity Rethink.

You are talk about what you like, including poor quality care, as posts which are potentially triggering to others will be put in a section called the kitchen.

Only problem is it's quite a small forum so it takes ages to get a reply.

FrothyOM · 27/07/2012 12:05

You are ALLOWED to talk about what you like

Thanks for starting this. I dont know how to do links on my phone so you'll have to look em up on amazon I'm afraid. As someone who lives with anxiety and depression I've found the following to be incredibly helpful:
Radical Acceptance by Tara Brach (on self-compassion)
Full Catastrophe Living by Jon Kabat Zinn (mindfulness)
Mindfulness Meditation cds (guided meditation) J Kabat Zinn
www.tarabrach.com for free guided meditations. Also Tara Brach's free podcasts on iTunes.
Be well!
