Hi there,
I would really like to chat about MH issues and MH related issues...probably won't be much use to anyone at present in terms of giving advice as I'm struggling with it myself and wouldn't want to say the wrong thing when I'm not qualified, however am going to try to actively participate in this board.

What's up? Most of us arent qualified we have just been there.

The best qualification in mh is experiencing it! It's very different living through it than reading about it.

Yep cupcake it's utterly just experiencing it!! I used to think that MH was something scary, til I've had it over the past year and realised it's just like normal thinking, only obsessing over one or several things and you can't function as usual.

I guess quite a lot is 'up' with me but I'm really hoping to work through this and be around for others if possible. Thanks :)

I think the being around other is important as you feel you are not the only person go through it. "It the OMG you do that two" that helps

Glad you are on here and have joined us.
I think the people on here can have experienced much or little of what others post.
tbh,I sometimes see things in chat that would not be out of place on here, and things on here, that would be better suited to chat.
