Has anyone had experience of discrimination for mh issues - particularly at work? Like not being given projects in case you get ill and have more time off? Just wondered how people have dealt with this...?

I'm not sure if you're looking for specifics, but have you come across the Time to Change stuff? website seems to be being updated this evening, but they might have some useful info on there for you.

Hope you're okay.

Specific but annoyingly can't go into it on here Sad. Just wondered if I'm the 'lucky' one or if others have been through it.

I had a job offer withdrawn the minute they found out I had bipolar. You couldn't really get a clearer case of discrimination.

I didn't challenge it as I hadn't long been out of hospital. If it happened today though I'd relish suing them.

Sorry to hear that Sad

I just don't know how to prove it. I KNOW it's the reason, from what was said when I asked why I wasn't on the project. Now the 'reason' has changed but I know that's just an excuse. I don't know what I can do Sad
