Benzo withdrawal

Has anyone gone through a benzo withdrawal. How long we're u on them for? What dosage? How long to come off etc .....

This varies so much per person that it's hard to say really. Different people cope with the withdrawal differently. This site has some good information on the withdrawal process and durations.

If you look up "Recovery Road Wellness" on the internet (sorry rushing to work) or on facebook the lady who runs that has written a book about recovery from benzo withdrawal and has a lot of info. She also has a page on facebook. Her name is Bliss Johns.
