fish oil capsules?

Aside from being beneficial for joints etc do they lift your mood, at all?

Which brand do you use and how many capsules per day?

:)

I have just started to use Boots jointassure, one capsule per day.

Glucosamine
Chondroitin
Ginger

I have taken a flax seed oil suppliment in the past (am alergic to seafood), and that, taking walks at lunchtime in the sunshine, and councelling seemed help. Hard to tell which did the trick.

Thank you for your reply MrsMuddyPuddles :)

I am thinking of buying these

bioglan.co.uk/products/enteric-coating/super-fish-oil

bioglan.co.uk/products/glucosamine-hydrochloride/sustained-release-glucosamine-1500mg

bioglan.co.uk/products/multi-vitamins/womens-dual-action-multivitamin

Carol Vorderman endorses these products.

I take omega 3 daily (will have to check the dose). It helps my memory - I have STM problems and I feel I think more clearly on it. I also keeps my naturally dry skin hydrated from the inside out :) I do believe they help my mood - I've had depression several times. I agree that exercise, especially exercise outdoors, helps too. Don't get me wrong, there's been times when anti-depressants were the best option but when this helps when I'm a little low (rather than depressed).

I have the vegetarian omegas, mainly flax seed oil I think, as I've suffered from repeated fishoil in the past, and for down days I think Berocca works (non-fizzy).

Maybe it's because it helps my memory...I used to feel so frustrated because it felt like my head was stuffed with cotton wool. After 3 months it was like it just cleared! I can tell if I stop it for 2 weeks even now. But definitely worth a whirl. I have to take it with food though to stop the reflux.
