Do you think you need to see a GP right away?
Is there someone who can take you to see a GP?

Sluttybuttons · 10/06/2012 21:13

nope im alone like i always am, kids in bed asleep. I just need to snap out of it

Umm....yeah. Don't be a martyr. It helps no one. Go see your GP in the morning. Deal with it properly. Your kids need you, all of you, intact. Stay strong and take care of yourself. If you had a broken arm you wouldn't be telling yourself to 'snap out of it'. This is similar, except with your head.

Sluttybuttons · 10/06/2012 21:44

Going to the doc isnt as easy as it sounds. Im not trying to be a martyr. Breaking my arm isnt an option either cos i would have to just get on with things if that happened too

Are your kids going to school tomorrow,so that would make it easier for you to get to the GP?

Sluttybuttons · 10/06/2012 22:18

The twins are only 22 months so not at school or nursery and there isnt anywhere i can leave them so i do need to just snap out of it

I think you need to see the GP.Can you take them with you.The GP surgery will not mind.I actually do understand that taking twins at that age anywhere is very difficult.I know Wink. Are you able to go outside the house?

amillionyears · 10/06/2012 22:28

If you have been weepy for a week,I dont think you can just snap out of it.

amillionyears · 11/06/2012 08:49

How are you today.
I expect you may be feeling much the same.
Are you able to get out the house much at all
Do you get some fresh air for you and your twins
Ive been thinking that my post of 22.26 may have been misunderstood.I was not saying I know you in real life,I was saying that I know what it is like having twins.
very difficult in lots of ways, especially if you are on your own with them
could the GP come to you, though my guess is that might be unlikely unless you live in a very isolated place.

madmouse · 11/06/2012 11:38

You can quite safely take 22 month olds with you to the GP you don't need to leave them with anyone. They won't be harmed by seeing you cry. Just go.

The buggy doesnt fit into the doctors. I will make an appointment for wed

If one of them was ill you would get there in a shot. You need to do the same for them as they need you.
