For those on St Johns Wort, does it make you feel lethargic?

I have been on SJW for a long time now as I have found it treats my depression/anxiety/insomnia, effectively with few side effects.
I constantly feel low in energy, tired, dizzy on standing etc.
I cut my SJW right down a few weeks ago to see if it was this that was making me feel tired but crashed into a bout of depression that I am just pulling myself out of now. (back on the SJW)
I have recently had some blood tests on my thyroid which did not show much and am going to have further tests on my vit B12 levels and adrenal function.
Any one have any experience of any of these things?

No it made me a lot more my usual energetic self. TBH SJW is very mild and it may be that the symptoms you describe are actually from non-controlled depression rather than a side effect of SJW.

I am not sure. Maybe low dopamine levels - this can cause lack of motivation and drive. I used to take tyrosine an amino acid that helps with dopamine production but have not used this recently.
I have spent alot of time looking at thyroid and adrenal problems which can cause alot of my symptoms but then could just be the SJW.
