laxative abuse

Embarassing .... anyone any experience of laxative abuse? I dont know how to stop. Today i had an 'accident' , even so i know i will take more. This is the most shameful thing about me (of which there are many)

Hello. I have taken laxatives on and off over the years to control my weight as I binge eat. I haven't done it for a while but have taken some for the last 3 days. Feeling low so have been eating badly. Just wanted you to know you're not alone in doing this.
