I feel very down

I am the lowest I have felt in a long time.

I feel so let down by people in life.

Can you say a little more about your situation Sophie, as it's difficult to know what to say, with so little information.

It is so long and complicated to explain. The short of it is my ex caused problems and they snowballed more problems, when you are vulnerable people take advantage.

I have a lot of health problems, there is not a great future to look foward to.

I have lost faith in people.

I feel so sad.

Hi, I am feeling much much better today thank you for asking.

The problems have not gone away, I still feel very sad about them, I am not tearfull about it all today.

I want what I can't have, the truth to come out!

The truth to come in RL?.Would it help to write something on here, or do people on here know who you are.

It is very long and complicated, I don't even know if you understanding what is upsetting is going to help me or anyone help me iykwim.

Yes the truth in rl situations.

I just have to accept it, it is a shame it follows me about, one person tells a lie and a form of witch hunt begins, you get panic attacks over the first person's lies and look unstable, when they look perfectly stable mentally, so they are believed and you are not.

Sometimes sharing does help.
It may help to help unravel things that have become complicated.
Is it one person in particular that causes you problems.Your ex?

I am feeling happier today so I will leave the thread for now, when I am not feeling down, as I don't want to be back in the space I was in yesterday.
