I think the Fluoxetine has stopped working

Been on 20mg for just over 1 year, worked a treat but last 2 months I have gone back to being all shouty, tearful and generally depressed again. Not so much anxiety this time and no OCD.

Will the doctor up my dose or will I have to go on something else?

I don't know! 20mg is a low dose though, so provided it's working well for you otherwise, they may up your dose and see how that works.

Well have about 40 days worth left so think I will talk to my doctor when I go back. I was really on edge today and had to really keep telling myself to calm down
