Morning dotty. Are you on any medication at all?

madmouse · 22/04/2012 10:38

Hey hun even dreams that don't immediately seem to be about the abuse can still come from the abuse (I had that a lot). Plus sometimes citalopram can give you more vivid dreams.

That's what I thought madmouse I am on Citalopram and have amazing film-like dreams.

I've been on the meds for 5 months did have weird dreams for first few weeks although don't know if it was because I was on meds for sleep as well, i've analyzed one of the dreams [I overanalyze things need to know why] used to recur until I remembered it same as a kid had recurring nightmares until speaking about them. Just wondering if could also be because for so long i've not slept in long enough spells to dream.

that's also true Dotty - I've recently started to sleep in longer blocks for the first time in years and in the beginning the dreams were awful.

I've also found that since I'm sleeping better I'm actually more tired do you find that madmouse come tea-time if I sit down I would fall asleep.
