Citalopram side effects

Did anyone find that their periods change whislt on citalopram? Ive had 3 periods in about 5 weeks and am getting fed up!
Did anyone else experience anything like this?

Hi, I've taken citalopram but I also took the pill at the same time! I think if you're having problems it's best to go back to your GP. A quick google suggests it does affect quite a lot of women. It may be a different tablet would suit you better. Hth a little bit!

Funny you say that, I was on citalopram for just over a month, now changed to mirtazipine, however in between my cycle was 19 days. My cycle has got shorter anyway so possibly not related.
