I almost feel numb this morning. I have been through so much stress over the last month I feel if anything else was to go wrong I don't think I could cope.
I am not getting enough sleep an possibly haven't had enough sleep for the last 3 years. DD is 3 and still wakes me every night more than once.
I am shattered! but have to plod on to keep the family life ticking over.

From what I have said do you think I need to see my GP?
(I am already getting counselling)

Have spoke to GP over phone, he said give it a couple of days to see if anything improves, if not go and see them.
Is this the normal advice you would expect?

I have just been through a couple of difficult anniversary's. Sad
I think it is lots of small things that have built up over time though.

Sorry you are having such a rough time. I'm glad you're having counselling and well done speaking to the GP.

Do you feel that you want some sort of medication to help you cope? Do you feel you are depressed?

I'm with you on the sleep, my sleep is slowly improving after 5 years.

If you've just been through some difficult anniversaries than wait and see and stick with counselling may well be a good idea as it may be clouding the issues ie it may be difficult to see whether or not you are depressed.

are you on ADs cats?

you seem to have been battling on for a while honey.if you arent on them maybe consider them for a bit help you pull up to an even keel?

they dont work over night but its just a little helping hand especially if you arent getting as much support in RL as possible.x

No, I not on any. GP this morning said I could use ST. Johns wort but if I don't feel better in a few days to go and see him.

I've had so much going on over the last month :

DD had flu, I had: money worries, lack of sleep, trying to keep the house clean/tidy enough, "stepdad" being difficult, bad back, just to name a few.

I just feel some days I battle against the tide and get no further forward.

Next week I have MOT, end of month road tax. There is possibly a slate hanging over the edge of guttering due to wind last night.

I just feel we may not have enough money to cover it all.

Sorry that turned into a bit of a rant.
