I've been emetophobic for over 20 years. I have one DS who is in his teens.....he's great and knows all about my phobia Smile
I had CBT last year and it was really hard
I work as a childminder (one of the worst jobs for someone with this phobia I know!) the youngest of my mindees was sick today at lunchtime! My DS was here at the time and his first thought was 'oh god my Mum is going to start panicking'
Anyway, I dealt with it as if she was mine, I cleaned her up, cleaned the chair she was sat on, changed her and gave her a cuddle!!!!!
I know it doesn't sound much to a lot of people but for me it was a step in the right direction and I am feeling pretty good about myself Grin
I'll be back in 24 hours to completely freak out....... Wink
