Is there any possibility of a weekend away? Tell us about your circumstances. Would talking it through with us help?

Relationship with BF ain't great now, still have a young child although 2 have left home. Lost dad last year we where really close was also quite ill after that feel so miserable all the time and pulling everyone down with me.

In the cold light of day it looks really stupid compared to what others are going through I went to bed early in the end. A child free weekend would be an idea maybe with a friend.

If it is an option DO IT. It's not that you couldn't cope without a break its that stepping off the train and getting some perspective is often the quickest way out of a hole.

Things that irritate you about bf may seem less important when you are less stressed yourself.

Look after yourself because you will do no good looking after everyone else and then falling to pieces. Who will look after them when you are broken?
