Started fluoxitine and feeling lousy

Tell me it gets better....Nausea,panicky,palpitations and bizarrely,a tingly tongue.Help.

It usually does get better. it takes a few weeks for ADs to take effect and plenty of people do get side effects that should settle down at first. However if it's really bad go back to your GP. Perhaps you are on the wrong dose or perhaps fluoxetine isn't the right choice for you and you'll have to do trial and error with a different AD instead. There's loads of them out there so a different one might be much better. But give it a couple of weeks I'd say.
