Rescue remedy night drops?

Anyone used this for helping them sleep? if so is it any good I really don't want to get more diazepam off dr.

I swear by rescue remedy, the day stuff. They work for me, but don't expect the same strong effect you get from diazepam, RR is much milder and doesn't make you dozy, it calms your thoughts down a bit.

You can try Sominex or Kalms, that may be a better idea in your case.

Do they help you stay asleep thats one of my biggest problem even with the diazepam I wake but can fall asleep again.

Nothing except hard core sleeping tablets and the like helps you stay asleep. That was my big problem too with the PTSD and still if I have a rough patch.

Thanks really don't want to go back to them if I'd had more than 1 6 weeks ago I would of taken them that's when my AD's where upped I was a car wreck though.

Think I'll try what you suggest if not back to diazepam I'm ok for a fortnight on them every other night then 4 days without any but then struggle again.

Was thinking about the daytime stuff if I got that it wouldn't effect the AD's would it just thought it might help keep me calmer when shopping etc as that is a massive struggle still

No it doesn't affect the ADs - they are fine to use.
