I took the kids out today to a massive indoor soft play, it was full, bearly a chair to sit on, I've been here before, just I think I may of taken a attack for some reason I don't understand, I began to sweat and my heart began to beat very quickly, and in my mind I was panicking but I didn't know what For?? I was so agitated and scared, was up and down and felt I was looking to see if people were looking at me?? And just at the height my DH friend hand noticed me and said hello, I tried to swerve them, I took a flush in my face like I was embarrassed? This is the second time this has happened and I'm getting a bit worried, is this going to happen every time I go out?? Is this anxiety?

It sounds like you had a bit of a panic attack. Try not to worry about it, because the only thing that will keep them going is you being afraid of them.

Panic attacks are innocent and annoying and happen to an awful lot of people at one point or another. They do not mean that anything bad is happening, just that you got a bit overwhelmed at that particular moment. And the only person noticing was you!
