So just had dosage increased from 2 years on 20mg to 40mg!! I decided to try 30mg first as I work 4 days in a stressful job and also have a 3 year old. I'm getting that weird woozy feeling after two days and am assuming its the change but how long will it last before I feel better and not woozy and knackered?

didnt want this to go unanswered - i went up from 20 to 40 and was ok, but felt the whole woozy spaced and hyper thing when i started 20mg. It is quite a jump in dosage, but i have read that 40mg is really the most effective dose. I would give it another day or two and i bet you'll be fine, otherwise maybe talk to your gp.

i did this as well, i am sure i was fine within a week :)

Me too, but I had 30mg inbetween. I started on 20mg and it was really tough going. Give it a bit longer, I would think.

Hey takes a coulpe of weeks sometimes to kick in - I went 20 to 40 and it was way too much for me. Got much worse but went back down to 30 and it was great. Been on for 4 years now - nearly 5!! Will I ever get off! See how you feel but if you are worried phone your gp or go back. I did this loads of times and mine was great. Good luck and home you feel better soon
