I was set targets a few weeks back by Dr was eating very little sometimes went days without, wasn't going out alone either relying on my 16 year old DD she says I have to go out daily I'm lucky if I manage once or twice a week. I think I've nailed the eating mostly only gone a handful of days with little or nothing and that was when I was extremely low and obssessing about my past experiences DH takes me out once a week to eat that is still extremely hard. Was forced into going out alone last week as DD was quite ill but I found I went into panic mode and needed to go for a drive to calm myself afterwards, now the only way I can go out is if I go for a short drive first and I still get agitated I have other coping mechanisms such as my MP3 player but batteries ran out this morning and really upset myself over it (stupid I know) I always have to go for a short drive afterwards but this morning it took a long drive.I really need ideas for calming myself was actually asked this morning if I was ok by someone who I've known for about 13 years said she was worried about me, of course I had to lie yet again, something I hate doing people in rl can't know what's going on except really close family and friends.
