Don't know if I can cope anymore

I am just so fed up. Everything is a battle. I can't keep my kitchen tidy. it's just constant washing up that never ends.
The kids are always doing my head in I don't know how much more I can take!

I feel like I want to run away from it all. I can't cope with the responsibility of having kids and a house. I'm not well but there is no one to look after me as I am always the one who does the looking after.

Yes we all do . I certainly have been today. It's tough isn't it? Hope you're ok now.

I am not too bad. I am probably tired although the DC have been a bit difficult lately.
I have a cold and have been feeling a bit low on and off for the last few weeks.

I will try and pick myself up though and get on with it as I usually do.

Just needed to have a meltdown.

Will see how I get on over the next few days but if things don't improve I may seek help.

DH came to the rescue and did the washing up.

Sometimes I wish I could go back to my pre-children life just for a day, just to remember what it was like.

Do get help if you feel you need it. I did and I feel much better now.
