well that's the point scottishmum used to be staff but don't think I can go back with ds's disabilities...I am tired/worndown of my life...could really do with a new one.

I tend to think personally that duvet days make things worse not better and that there is mileage in getting up and carrying out a limited number of tasks among which taking a shower. It's a sign of feeling pretty bad though so if you haven't already it may be time to seek some support.

I will have a shower in the morning...will feel better tomorrow I guess.
Had a call from WA to offer counselling in 3 weeks...fab...5.30pm:(
I have told them hundred and one times can't do 'out of school' hours can't find never mind afford SN childminders. So this didn't help start day well.

aargh nothing worse than counselling you can't get to. But is there really no one who will mind your children for that bit of time?
Guess it depends on dc's SN, my ds is physically disabled and not easy to understand in terms of speech but can be left with someone who can carry him.

In WA's defense though they will have taken due notice of your request to have daytime counselling, but if this slot became available and you were top of the waiting list they would offer it to you anyway just in case you could make it.
They're just trying to help. I'm sure you can stay on the waiting list until a daytime client has finished their counselling.

I had a letter to say 6 months wait 2 weeks ago...then phone call to come in 3 wks time can't make it...the woman didn't know but she is new and said I am on top of list so that is good as letter said their were long waiting lists.
My ds is autistic so new people etc unsettling for ds.

I kinda got through the worst of it on my own now ..well no choice had to face it.
