I've been on citalopram for ~2 months now. Had absolutely massive pupils when I first started, now they've got a bit smaller but are still unreasonably large! I was very self-conscious about this when I started - thinking everyone would notice and think I was on ectasy or something, or realise straight away I was on ADs.
Now I've got more used to it and am looking around at people and realising lots of people around have large pupils. I know the stats, and many people suffer for depression/anxiety - but really, are there other reasons for this, other than some natural variability and being on ADs.
I was speaking to someone at work last week when I realised their pupils looked like mine when I first started and I felt really paranoid that they were looking at me strangely and could tell that I was on ADs. Not that it should matter, but I guess I'm just getting used to it myself.
