PND, Paroxetine and breastfeeding

Just been prescribed this for the first time and feeling very nervous about taking it. Am ebf ds2 (13 weeks) and am worried about effects on him as well as some worrying stories about possible side effects on me. Can anyone help please? Have also posted in feeding.

I haven't taken them. I still feel very nervous about them. I don't know what else to do though, I constantly feel panicked and anxious, but I do try and put on a brave face. I was told that my symptoms could get worse before they get better if I start taking them which has put me off a bit i guess. I really don't know what to do for the best.
