this is going to sound a bit odd, but my family are in a spiral of anxiety. my mum suffers very badly with anxiety, which in turn makes me anxious, I then struggle to snap out of it which makes dh anxous, this makes me anxious as I want dh to be happy and worry that something is wrong, then my mum picks up on all tthis and becomes more anxious herself. there is nothng wrong with anybody so how can I break the cycle?
