Waking up from a bad dream, tight chest feeling

i have suffered from some anxiety and sometimes get panic attack type symptoms. In fact had my heat checked out a few months ago, as I was worried....

Anyway, it hasn't been too bad recently. But last night I woke up from a bad dream - I had a slightly racing heart I think, but what was worse was this uncomfortable tight feeling in my chest.

Has anyone else had this.

It's nothing - you've been breathing badly while having a nightmare and the tight feeling is the stress from the dream. Get up, walk around, maybe make a drink. Breath slowly, regularly, low in your tummy. You jsut woke up with a panic attack. Harmless and annoying.
