For years I have thought that one day I would be able to solve my issues, I have belittled them. Now I am reaching breaking point, feeling so depressed that I am starting to wonder why on earth I came to this earth.
I have opened up to my DH who has encouraged me to get some therapy, I want to get better, to understand why I feel this way. So my next step is to find a CBT therapist, I have searched on the net and there are so many, how do I choose?
For those of you who were successful using CBT, did you have several therapists until you found the right one?
