I hate them and even pre my heart problems, it used to make me feel funny.

Is everything OK Stitch ??

Blossomgoodwill · 28/12/2005 17:56

I did try them but they made my skin itch for some strange reason and I couldn't sleep.
Quiet Life worked better for me but I do know lots of people who swear by Calms.

stitch · 28/12/2005 18:04

not really lgj. part of the problem, ok, themain problem at themoment is that i cant keep my mouth shut. if i stayed queit, and let things just sail on over y head, id get through this week more easily. but i seem to be a screaming fishwife atm.
thanks for asking

If it helps stich then just vent on here, we are all here to listen and there is no sound so you wont sound likr a fishwife

tillykins · 28/12/2005 18:05

Hi stitch
they made me itch too blossom, but I tend to itch when I am stressed anyway, so additional itching sent me bonkers!
But I do know people who swear by them
I gather Bach's rescue remedy is good too

Whats up Stitch? Bad week?

LadySherlockofLGJ · 28/12/2005 18:06

Is this PMT or TDH (Total Dickhead Husband) ??

tamba · 28/12/2005 18:07

Never heard of TDH lgj, will have to remember that one!

stitch · 28/12/2005 18:11

tdh, coupled with annoying younger sister, and incredibly annoying ds1.
but yeah, mainly tdh.

love the acronym

Just smile and breath and let it pass, easier said than done.

Can't sort the younger sister out, is she the impossibly pretty one, who picked you up from the Meet-up ??

As for DS1 he sounds as though he needs a long run in the park.........

daisiesinaline · 28/12/2005 18:14

i tried kalms. didnt think they did anything but then maybe i was expecting miracles!!

fuzzywuzzy · 28/12/2005 18:38

Bach rescue remedy is preserved in some sort of alcohol though I think.....
Could you get a consultation from a homeopath Stitch??

blondehelen · 28/12/2005 19:14

i use Kalms on and off if my stress levels are up,generally when I am having trouble sleeping. I find they do help me to get a settled night, but maybe its psychological! I've had no side effects. HTH and things settle down soon

spacedonkey · 28/12/2005 19:18

my bil is using kalms to help his nerves after giving up smoking - he says they work ...

stitch · 28/12/2005 20:05
