Don't know if this is the right place to post. Just finding life a bit of a struggle at the mo.Sad
I went to see GP in September as I was feeling fed up and also had other health issues (possible arthritis) any way I had blood tests done and it came back saying I was anaemic. So I am supposed to be taking Iron tablets but some days I can't be bothered to take them.
How do I know if I am depressed or if it is just the anaemia making me feel crap!

Unfortunately, the way to find out is to correct the anaemia and then see if you're still feeling depresssed.

Maybe google "depression and anxiety" and look at the symptoms to see if you have them. Depression can range from mile to severe. I think if you have severe depression you know because you feel unbelievably awful, not just fed up.

Just thought I'd update. (Looking for a bit of support)
Still finding it hard some days to take the iron tablets and some days still feel low.
Now we are getting near to Christmas I really need to be getting better as there is just generally more to do.
Don't really know what I want from posting, maybe for someone to give me the Boot that I need? I've got to get my act together one way or another.
The problem is that the anaemia causes...lack of energy/motivation/feeling low.
