I would love a place where I can just say what is in my head and not have to explain, justify or think about it.

hi FAB

it's hard when you can't help thinking obsessivly about something that cannot be resolved ... i had this last year ... i think it's a process of acceptance that you will have to work out with yourself and with the more existential stuff it can be really tough ... but you will get there...

some practical advice ... try chamomile tea to relax yourself if you are tense and i found that abstract puzzles such as suduko and solitaire were good for cutting off neurotic obsessive thinking.

and remember we are all pretty wierd if you think about it so i'll bet that lot's of people will have had the similar thoughts and worries as you ....you're not alone in this ...

take care love

Thank you.

I have had a lovely day with DD today and in a few minutes we are going to pick up her brothers. I am really looking forward to seeing DH and hearing about his day.

One person has upset me and now won't talk to me and the issue for me is I want them to say they don't hate me and that we are friends albeit ones who no linger talk. How stupid is that? Blush

Another friend keeps saying they want to meet up but ignores all messages that I send about it so I am going to assume it won't happen. I feel I miss them more than they do me and that makes me feel vulnerable.

that's not stupid at all - it's horrible when you fall out with friends - especially when you're feeling low anyway Sad

Good idea re: suduko - now I know why I love doing it - definitely clears your mind of the immediately worrying stuff. I find the same when I knit - anything to keep the hands and mind occupied sometimes..!

Glad today's been better Smile

Thank you. I had such a lovely day with dd. No rushing about, letting her spend her momney, having lunch together, so so lovely.
